I have the 512 GB version, and while I was disappointed it doesn’t support an additional 512 GB SD card—something that seems common with modern phones—it’s still a fantastic choice, especially when on sale. Even at the regular Amazon price, it’s worth it, but try to snag it during a sale. I know the S26 is on the horizon, which might provide more options for this phone, but I doubt the upgrades will be substantial. Plus, they’ve extended their security update policy to five years, making it a solid investment. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase. It meets all my needs (I prefer simplicity—just a reliable phone without unnecessary features), and I anticipate it lasting me over six years.

This phone outperforms my one-year-old laptop! I’ve only just begun to explore its features, and even the basics are impressive. My lock screen image changes with the weather—if it’s raining, my screen shows rain too! If you’re accustomed to high-end smartphones, the S25 Ultra won’t disappoint. For those upgrading from a basic model like I did (A11), prepare to be amazed! The AI is fantastic. I’ve added Gboard and Google Messages, but keep in mind that the Gemini AI has a liberal social and political perspective, which may resonate differently with various users, considering the backgrounds of its developers. I enjoy using it frequently and find the AI capabilities to be a lot of fun. The customization options are endless. Just be sure to invest in a durable screen protector and a rugged case like the Otter Box Defender to safeguard your investment. You’re going to love this phone! I successfully set this up with Straight Talk without any issues. I’m still exploring all the features of the phone. I purchased it mainly for capturing photos and videos of my kids during their sports events. It has plenty of storage! I’m very pleased so far.

This is the best phone I’ve ever owned. Typically, I opt for budget devices, but I decided to treat myself this time. The battery life is outstanding—during my 8-hour shift of listening to music and browsing during breaks, I only drop to 80% battery, whereas my previous Celero 5G+ would be down to about 50-60%. Setting it up was a breeze with no hassles at all.
My only complaint is that the phone gets really hot when I’m using it while it’s charging. It charges quickly with the right charger, but if I’m scrolling while it’s plugged in, it starts to overheat, which I’ve never experienced with a phone before. Once it reaches 100%, it stays cool unless I’m watching YouTube videos or something similar. I have to deduct points for that.
Everything else is great. I’ve discovered that I average over 12,000 steps a day using the Samsung Health app.

I’ve been a Tracfone user for years, starting with budget phones, so I was thrilled to discover that Tracfone’s BYOP (bring your own phone) program lets me use the latest Samsung model without any compatibility issues. I’m just starting to explore all the features, but I’m already quite impressed. I highly recommend this phone! Using Smart Switch made transferring all my data, apps, and accounts from my old phone a breeze—quick and easy. The battery life is solid, and so far, I’m really loving this phone and glad I made the upgrade.
